About the Company:
Hiring Sales/Business Development Associate for the company providing AI automation, AI agent solutions, digital marketing, and IT services to businesses in the USA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Generate leads by building good and professional relationships with clients.
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience: 1 - 2 Years.
- Strong English communication,
- USA market sales experience,
- Lead generation, appointment setting,
- CRM usage, follow-up discipline,
- Confidence on calls, LinkedIn/email outreach experience,
- Basic understanding of AI automation or digital/IT services
- Ability to work with KPIs, daily reporting, and sales pipeline management.

Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
Working days & timings: Company works with USA-based clients, so timing should overlap with US business hours. Expected working days are Monday to Friday, with flexibility depending on campaign needs. Evening or night shift availability is preferred.
