We are seeking a GP Sales Representative to work in South West Sydney covering Liverpool, Campbelltown, and Cabramatta areas. In this role, you'll collaborate with General Practitioners and Primary Health Care providers to connect innovative treatments with patient care. You'll build partnerships with healthcare professionals, develop and execute local sales strategies, and use data insights to meet sales targets. The position requires completing product training and obtaining Medicines Australia qualification while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The Role – What You’ll Do
- Build strong partnerships with General Practitioners, Retail Pharmacies, and allied health professionals.
- Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about approved medicines, efficacy, and safety.
- Develop and execute a local sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets in your territory.
- Use data insights to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.
- Successfully complete all product training and obtain your Medicines Australia (MA) qualification.
- Drive performance while maintaining compliance with the MA Code of Conduct.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior GP sales experience and/or healthcare background
- Prior territory knowledge and experience of South West Sydney
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan strategically and achieve results
- Experience working with digital tools and data to optimise sales
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare systems, and the pharmaceutical environment
