Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Sharon, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychotherapy, assessments, and mental health support
• Manageable patient volume averaging approximately 5 patients daily
• Stable weekday-only schedule with no weekends, no nights, and no on-call responsibilities
• Community-focused behavioral health environment serving patients of all ages
• Western Pennsylvania location known for strong community atmosphere and historic downtown setting

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000
• Employer provides $1,000 monthly health insurance stipend
• Student loan repayment eligibility available

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
• No nights required
• No on-call responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide psychotherapy services for mental health and substance abuse treatment
• Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and diagnoses
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams

Requirements

• Clear and active Pennsylvania LCSW license REQUIRED
• Experience providing psychotherapy services REQUIRED
• Ability to conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Experience working with mental health and substance abuse populations preferred
• Ability to work independently within outpatient behavioral health setting REQUIRED
