Description
You’re already licensed with RECA in Alberta. You have a small team and know how to trade. What you’re looking for now is leverage.
At Wahi Realty, we offer something many brokerages talk about but few deliver: real support, real strategy, and a culture where you won’t disappear into a sea of agents.
Boutique Culture. Big Opportunity.
We’re intentionally built differently.
You get:
A boutique brokerage environment where your voice matters
Direct access to leadership
Modern tools designed to elevate the client experience
Practical training that sharpens your edge
A collaborative culture — not internal competition
Competitive commission splits that reward performance
This isn’t a “hang your license and figure it out” model. It’s a platform built to help serious Realtors grow.
