SIOP Manager

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP / SIOP within a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of the full SIOP cycle, including executive-level facilitation.
• Proficiency with ERP planning systems and tools, and a strong understanding of MRP, supply planning, and integrated business planning processes.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning best practices.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems to support supply planning, materials management, production planning, and MRP analysis.
• Advanced analytics capabilities using data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), Excel, and ERP-based reporting platforms.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive consensus.
• Industry experience in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, analytical technology, or aerospace / defense.
• Experience with SAP APO, IBP, SAP PP / MRP, SAP MM, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain / Engineering).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP, IBF CPF, or SAP IBP certification.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Ability to lead through complexity and influence cross-functional partners.
