Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with CRM implementation experience to support system enhancement and integration initiatives. This role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of CRM-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for CRM system support, handling incidents and user issues
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project delivery
- Support and coordinate UAT activities, ensuring business requirements are met
- Assist in system deployment and provide post-implementation support
- Prepare reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for business insights
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvement areas
- Support project delivery within an Agile environment
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Business, or related discipline
- Proven experience in CRM implementation or enhancement projects
- Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, documentation, UAT)
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to system integration projects is an advantage
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
