An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant, Lead Consultant or Branch Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Social Care recruitment. This role offers the chance to build and grow a team while developing a highly profitable desk within an established and expanding recruitment business.
With access to several large PSL agreements covering 250+ services and additional exclusive roles with key providers, the successful candidate will step into a strong market position with significant growth potential.
The Role
- Establish and lead a new Social Care recruitment branch
- Manage a desk across permanent and temporary placements within the social care sector
- Build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and hiring managers
- Utilise existing PSL agreements and exclusive roles to generate placements
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the branch
- Recruit, mentor, and build a team as the branch expands
- Ensure high standards of service delivery to both clients and candidates
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Branch Manager within recruitment
- Background in Social Care recruitment preferred (perm or temp)
- Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and revenue streams
- Strong leadership potential with ambitions to build and lead a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to launch and grow a new branch
- Target-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
