Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Handling customer complaints and feedback and to ensure all collection of customer feedback forms from all suggestion boxes.
2. To collect all feedbacks for outpatient and inpatient to be disseminated to all AM/UM/HOS concern.
3. To chaperon patient to the destination.
4. To prepare and manage the KPJ Care Card
5.To handle on-line appointment
6. Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced
7. Ensure all policies and procedures of MSQH Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
8. Ensure the policies on patient’s and family’s rights are addressed at all times. 9.Ensure compliance to Patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008)
10.Ensure adherence to Standard People Practice (SPP)
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Business Administration or its Equivalent
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or its equivalent
