Description
Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license Universal EPA 608 Certification Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair and general maintenance. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders. Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required. Preferred Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application. Experience managing work orders, utilizing CMMS technology Experience working in a service-related role, specific to commercial facilities.
