Location: Dublin, OH
Position Type: RN Part-Time Day & Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift)
Hours: Day 7:00am – 7:00pm - Night 7:00pm- 7:00am
Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated RN to join our team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
- Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
- Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient documentation and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the facility during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to assist residents and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
