What You’ll Do:

• Paint interiors and exteriors across apartments, common areas, and buildings
• Do general maintenance and repairs, including repairing machines and changing filters
• Inspect apartments and common areas so the community stays well-maintained
• Respond to emergency repairs and keep maintenance equipment and vehicles in good working order
• Move furniture and refill water softener salt as needed
• Follow all safety rules and confidentiality policies
• Report any signs of possible abuse or neglect right away
• Attend required in-service training sessions

What You’ll Need:

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with an emphasis on painting (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Trade school degree or related certification (preferred)
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly with the team
• Must pass a drug test
