Description
Spalding, a Saalex Company is seeking a Application/Systems Administrator in Patuxent River, MD. Spalding, a Saalex Company is a professional services company delivering cutting-edge solutions to the Department of War. Our expert-level solutions include software development, information technology, program management, financial management and business intelligence services.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $125k-$155k annually (depending upon experience)
Work Location: Hybrid. Requires on-site support at Patuxent River, MD approximately 3 days per week. May require occasional evening/weekend hours for patching/upgrades.
Essential Functions:
- Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including:
- Microsoft Office products
- Java JRE
- Visual Studio
- Raytheon EAGLE
- Operations and sustainment of AWS Cloud-native Services, specifically AWS GovCloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
