What will your day to day look like?
Depending on your experience level, you will contribute across General Ledger Accounting, Intercompany operations, and Group Reporting:
General Ledger & Month End Closing: Post journal entries, perform balance sheet/subledger reconciliations, manage period-end closures, and follow up on fixed assets or statutory reports (e.g., VAT, Intrastat).
Intercompany Operations & Reconciliations: Process intercompany invoices, manage entity queries, execute ALNET cycles, perform payables/receivables clearings, and resolve intercompany imbalances.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Prepare, upload, and publish IRIS reporting packages, analyzing and solving variance gaps between local ERPs and Group consolidation tools.
Audit & Compliance Support: Gather data for internal/external audits, execute 1st and 2nd level controls, and maintain desktop procedures (DTPs) in line with Group principles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with local CFOs, Finance Business Partners, Procurement, Tax, and Treasury teams across multiple countries.
How the Role Adapts to Your Level:
Junior / Experienced Level: Focuses on daily execution of journal entries, intercompany postings, account reconciliations, basic IRIS reporting uploads, and learning standard operating procedures with team mentorship.
Senior / Specialist Level: Takes ownership of complex month-end closures, intercompany gap resolution, group consolidation queries, process harmonization, mentoring junior team members, and acting as a primary contact for auditors and local CFOs.
Are you a MATCH?
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates with administrative/finance background, as well as experienced professionals with solid R2R/Intercompany expertise (experience in a Shared Service Center or multinational is a strong plus!).
