West Acres mall is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to help our Cleaning Operations team this holiday season! This temporary position offers the opportunity to gain customer service, hospitality, and facilities experience while working in a festive indoor environment earning $17.00/hour. Typical schedule is 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, with weekend availability required, and flexibility to work 24 to 40 hours per week. Core Functions

• Maintain clean, safe, and inviting public spaces throughout the shopping center
• Clean restrooms, floors, furniture, windows, decorative features, and other common areas
• Perform routine custodial duties using established cleaning procedures
• Interact professionally with shoppers, tenants, vendors, and fellow team members
• Help create an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to customer service
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required, as we'll train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, push or carry up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout your shift
