Description
Company Overview:
Micro-Tech Endoscopy makes the tools gastroenterologists use to diagnose and treat GI disease — clips, closure devices, snares, biopsy forceps, EUS needles, stents, and cholangioscopy — and sells them on clinical performance at a better cost, without restrictive contracts. Its SureClip hemostasis family, launched in 2016, earned Micro-Tech a reputation as the clip company and opened doors to hospitals nationwide.
Micro-Tech Endoscopy Americas (MTAm) is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is part of MICRO-TECH (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., founded in 2000 and listed on the Shanghai STAR Market since 2019, with more than 2,000 employees and exports to approximately 90 countries. In March 2026, Micro-Tech agreed to acquire distribution rights to the Duraclip, Precisor, and Optibite lines it has manufactured for CONMED for over a decade, following CONMED's exit from GI. That growth is why this new Mid-Atlantic region exists. Company values — Customer Driven, Guided by Integrity, Empowered and Accountable, United, and Forward Focused — are treated as hiring criteria.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales, U.S., the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a team of eight sales professionals and one clinical specialist selling Micro-Tech and Micro-Tech partner products to ASCs, endoscopy centers, and hospitals across the Mid-Atlantic. To do this successfully, the RSM will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication, an unmatched ability to execute on deliverables, and the drive to lead the team to results that achieve and exceed company goals.
This is a new region and a player-coach role. The RSM inherits experienced representatives, owns the regional sales plan, and leads product conversion in new and transitioning accounts — including accounts moving to Micro-Tech as the Duraclip, Precisor, and Optibite lines come in-house. The RSM is also a strategic thinker and problem solver for the team and the company, and leads in a way that engages and motivates the team in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Products:
-
Hemostasis — SureClip repositionable clips (open, close, and fully rotate before deployment), the Lockado clip, and Duraclip, now sold directly by Micro-Tech following the 2026 CONMED agreement.
-
Closure and resection — the DAT Closure Device, with a center post flanked by two independently operating arms to capture tissue and close mucosal defects, alongside the EdgeHog flat-wire hot snare, SureTrac traction system, and a full EMR/ESD line.

-
EUS — Trident FNB and Areus FNA needles built from cobalt-chromium for shape retention and sharpness; Trident's tri-tip core design is engineered for consistent histological tissue acquisition.

Biopsy — Precisor biopsy forceps and Optibite snares join a biopsy line backed by manufacturing scale — Micro-Tech produced more than 5 million biopsy forceps in a single year.
-
Full portfolio — dilation balloons, nitinol stents, multi-band ligators, and infection prevention accessories round out a broad GI bag for the endoscopy suite.
