IT Support Coordinator: Catholic Chancery- Jefferson City, MO

The Catholic Chancery in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a dependable, service-oriented IT Support Coordinator to serve as the Diocese’s internal point of contact for technology support.  This position ensures that chancery staff, priests, and other diocesan employees receive prompt, competent, and courteous assistance with their technology, and serves as the diocese's interface to the contracted IT services provider for support requests and configuration work.

This role is defined by ownership of the end-user experience. The Coordinator resolves what can be resolved directly, routes what needs the provider's technical depth, and stays with an issue until the person who reported is genuinely working again. The Coordinator plays a hands-on role in technology transitions--including the planned migration to Microsoft 365--helping staff prepare for change and supporting them through it.

This position also maintains an accurate inventory of computers, monitors, mobile devices, and software licenses.

Education 

-Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional certifications are desirable.

-A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on technical support is required.
