Description
Overview
The Senior Instructor II will lead in developing coursework, conducting training and evaluating students based on project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Familiar with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 the SAT/ASAT process and Army program courseware development
- Must be capable of critical thinking analysis, training design methodologies and processes to maximize project benefits on the modern-day battlefield
- Superior ability to develop and integrate module content, materials, and media to meet deliverable specifications and support the overall learning goals and objectives
- Project development experience using project management standards and processes preferred
- Ability to track and communicate project status, identify and resolve issues, and work within budget
- Must be able to work cooperatively as a member and leader of a team, as well as independently
- Ability to lead, mentor and manage a team of 3-5 instructors in the development of multiple courseware products simultaneously
- Must be able to manage multiple projects with competing requirements
Qualifications
Education:
- The Army Instructor Training Course – TAITC (or other military branch equivalent)
- Systems Approach to Training Course preferred
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Fifteen years’ experience; can be a combination of military and civilian experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher.
