Role summary:As a Systems and Infrastructure Engineer II specializing in Information Security, you will design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements and compliance standards. This role involves automating processes, supporting system scalability, and ensuring robust security controls across distributed systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop detailed designs, and contribute to capacity planning and issue resolution. About the team:
The Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management (WILM) team manages the complete lifecycle of workforce identities, ensuring accurate account provisioning, updates, and deactivation. They deliver automated identity services integrated with HR systems and support platforms like Active Directory and cloud environments. Focused on identity synchronization, automation, and governance, the team enhances data accuracy, reduces manual tasks, and maintains secure, compliant identity operations. Their efforts ensure consistent identity data across the enterprise, provide essential access management, and drive continuous improvements in identity security and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
- Design and support secure infrastructure solutions aligned with security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed technical components ensuring scalability and disaster recovery.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and security tasks using scripting languages and automation tools.
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance including backups, patch management, and system performance monitoring.
- Collaborate in requirement analysis, risk assessment, and creation of user stories for agile development cycles.
- Implement configuration and release management processes for virtual machines and cloud-based services.
- Maintain documentation of system changes, issues, and development activities to support continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in infrastructure design, including software architecture, distributed systems, and scalability principles.
- Strong knowledge of security controls, frameworks, and compliance requirements relevant to information and infrastructure security.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with configuration and release management processes in cloud and virtualized environments.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements to support solution design and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in coding standards, secure development practices, and use of code management tools.
- Effective issue resolution skills and commitment to maintaining system performance and security.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
