- Process internal and external referrals and authorizations
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care
- Update patient information in the EHR system
- Communicate with providers, patients, and insurance companies
- Support quality patient care through exceptional customer service

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Two years of related healthcare or medical office experience preferred
- Referral, authorization, or insurance verification experience preferred
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
