Hybrid
Hands-on AI engineering, agentic architecture, product thinking, and technical leadership. You'll take ownership of the architecture of an enterprise agentic platform and help turn real-world financial and operational use cases into production-ready AI solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the architecture of an enterprise agentic AI platform, including orchestration, multi-agent patterns, tool calling, memory, state management and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Lead implementation using LangGraph, LangChain or equivalent agentic frameworks
- Design integrations with systems of record, particularly through SQL / T-SQL
- Build and own AI evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, regression testing, agent-level metrics and human review processes
- Own observability and tracing, using tools such as Langfuse and CloudWatch
- Lead and mentor an in-house Agentic Engineering team
- Work closely with Product, Operations, AWS/DevOps and commercial teams
- Translate business and operational processes into practical AI agent solutions
- Drive production readiness, including security, SLOs, regulatory alignment and client-facing pilots
- Represent the agentic platform in technical discussions with clients and senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production systems with LLMs or agentic frameworks
- Strong background in Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks
- Experience designing supervisor / multi-agent architectures
- Strong AWS experience, ideally including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM and CloudWatch
- Proven experience evaluating and monitoring non-deterministic AI systems
- Strong architectural mindset combined with the ability to remain hands-on
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
