Endodontist needed in Castle Rock, CO

Associate Endodontist Opportunity With an Established, Tech-Forward Practice

This is a privately owned, doctor-led specialty practice – NOT a DSO. Established for well over a decade, it serves patients and referring general dentists across Castle Rock, Lone Tree, and the greater south Denver metro, with deep referral relationships, a strong local reputation, and a track record of predictable, comfortable outcomes, including single-visit root canals. The endodontist works alongside an on-site periodontal team, so cases move smoothly for patients and referring offices under one roof. This is an immediate need as the practice absorbs an established patient load, so a fast, well-matched hire is the priority.

Why Consider This?

Castle Rock is consistently ranked among the best small cities in Colorado for livability and family life, sitting about 30 minutes south of Denver and 40 minutes north of Colorado Springs at the base of the Rampart Range. It offers top-rated Douglas County schools, 130-plus miles of trails, 60-plus parks, and easy weekend access to the Rocky Mountains, all backed by a strong local economy and above-average household incomes that support steady demand for specialty care. On the clinical side, this is a rare chance to step into an established referral base with higher-than-average fees and premium equipment already in place, on a light 2 to 3 day footprint that can grow to 4 as you build. Denver International Airport keeps you connected for travel. For an endodontist who wants strong fees, brand-new technology, and a genuine growth path in one of the metro’s most desirable communities, this is a standout fit.

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Colorado dental license.
