Financial Planning & Analysis Intern

In this role you will:

We are looking for and intern to join our team in January 2027 for a 6 months mission.

Your future responsibilities

You will contribute to the consolidation of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department:

• Supporting the FP&A Manager with monthly and ad hoc reporting for senior management.

• Automating reports and various materials intended for papernest’s executives.

• Contributing to the analysis and improvement of management accounting.

• Helping maintain and ensure the proper implementation of internal processes.

• Monitoring and reforecasting the budget in collaboration with all departments, including participating in the FP&A Manager’s monthly meetings with C-level executives.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or attending a business school

• Rigorous and detail-oriented

• Autonomous and well-organized

• Proficient in Excel

• You are fluent in French and proficient in English.

• 30-minute interview with Giulia from the Talent Acquisition team

• Practical case: Excel test

• Second interview with Nicolas, Management Controller (1 hour).

• Final interview with Jenifer, Head of Finance
