Description

The Role
As Senior Specialist Consulting, you will be the business analyst on the bank's digital channels, covering web banking, the mobile app and API banking.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and analyse business processes for improvement
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, and prepare epics and user stories for the development team
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering feedback and providing updates
- Analyse data to provide insights and data driven strategic recommendations
- Research industry trends and best practice, and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities
What You Will Bring
- Digital banking experience across online banking, mobile banking and open banking
- Fluent Greek and English
Preferred
- Knowledge of APIs and digital channels such as web banking, mobile app and API banking
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Business analysis tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Payments exposure: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and retail banking knowledge
Good to Have
- Customer journey mapping and UX design
- Banking regulation and compliance knowledge
- Data modelling with Draw.io or Microsoft Visio
- Backbase product knowledge
