YOUR JOB

As an Office & Travel Management Specialist (f/m/x), you are an important part of our team and take ownership of ensuring smooth operations across Office, Travel and Fleet Management. You independently coordinate administrative and organizational processes, keep track of multiple tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external partners. Contract type: fixed-term until at least June 2028.

Your job's key responsibilities are:

• Independently managing travel arrangements, including travel bookings, expense claims, and the planning of group trips

• Coordinating and overseeing fleet management, ensuring the smooth operation of company vehicles

• Independently handling administrative tasks for our international team, including data maintenance, documentation, scanning, and forwarding documents

• Managing front office operations, including reception, hospitality, and coordination with suppliers

• Acting as the central point of contact for colleagues regarding organizational and administrative matters

• Taking responsibility for incoming and outgoing mail, as well as answering and forwarding phone calls
