Burleson Pediatric is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Service Representative  to join our team! If you have dental office experience and enjoy helping children and their families feel comfortable and welcome, we’d love to meet you.

Position Overview

As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients and families. You’ll support the daily operations of the front office, assist with scheduling and patient check-in, and help ensure each visit runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.

• Handle patient check-in and check-out.

• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient questions.

• Verify insurance information and collect patient payments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.

• Communicate with the clinical team to support an efficient patient flow.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on dental office experience required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using computers and dental practice management systems.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Enjoy working with children and their families.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–4:30 PM

• Friday: 7:45 AM–2:30 PM

Location: 101 NW Renfro Street, Suite 106, Burleson, TX 76028

Compensation

$17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
