What Value This Role Will Bring 

The Assembler will help ensure high-quality products are built accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations. By following established processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production schedules, this role contributes directly to operational success and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling
• Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision
• Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs. 

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret blueprints

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $20 - $29 per hour

Position Details

• Orlando, FL; On-site attendance required
• Second Shift – 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• PPE required (safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas)
