About the Position
We’re looking for a talent partner who understands the business, brings real market insight, and backs her recommendations with data. You’ll lead hiring for our Israeli site and run the HR operations that keep a growing company organized.
What you’ll own
Recruitment
- Hiring manager partnership: Kick off every role together, sharpen the profile, design the interview process, and guide managers toward confident hiring decisions.
- End-to-end recruitment: From the first kickoff to the candidate’s first day, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, references, offer, contract and onboarding.
- Creative sourcing: Reach people who aren’t looking, using LinkedIn, AI tools and direct outreach.
- Candidate experience: Clear communication, fast feedback, and a process candidates remember well, even when the answer is no. You’ll also run our candidate NPS and look after our Glassdoor presence, turning the feedback into improvements.
- Market and pipeline insight: Run market scans and track funnel data, so we can adjust the role, the pipeline or the expectations early.
HR Operations
- People processes: Make our recurring cycles run smoothly: quarterly equity grants, twice-yearly salary reviews, bonuses, surveys and benchmarks. You’ll work with Finance and HR to keep them accurate and on schedule.
- People data: Keep HiBob, Greenhouse and our Drive organized and reliable, so the team always knows where the right information is.
- Better ways of working: Spot repetitive work and improve it, with AI tools where they help.
What you bring
- 3+ years of in-house tech recruitment, ideally in a growing tech company. Experience in a cyber company is preferred
- Experience conducting in-depth, behavioral interviews that uncover both technical competencies and cultural alignment
- Strong sourcing skills: Boolean, LinkedIn, AI tools and non-traditional channels
- Strong stakeholder management: the ability to guide hiring managers, offer a candid perspective and align on the right path forward
- Real interest in the HR operations side, plus a methodical, data-aware approach (strong Excel/Sheets)
- Proactive, curious, with a great sense of urgency and a drive to make matches between people and opportunities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves to get things done
- People-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
