About The Role

- Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and forecast project budgets, cash flows, commitments, and actual expenditures.
- Schedule Control: Build and maintain integrated project schedules (using tools like Primavera P6), tracking critical paths and milestone progress.
- Performance Analysis: Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and variance analyses to measure cost and schedule performance.
- Change & Risk Management: Lead risk-identification workshops, maintain risk registers, and evaluate the cost and schedule impacts of change orders.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare executive-level progress reports, S-curves, KPIs, and monthly performance decks for stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior planners, cost controllers, and project control analysts
