Description
This secondment will play a critical role in accelerating the next phase of Vyndamax growth, with a primary focus on expanding ATTR-CM diagnosis and advancing innovative approaches to identify patients earlier and at scale.
The role will also provide broader strategic and business leadership across Vyndamax, connecting diagnosis initiatives with field execution, performance management and cross-functional priorities.
Diagnosis and Market Expansion Initiatives:
- Lead the diagnosis expansion strategy for Vyndamax, identifying and advancing opportunities to find patients with suspected or undiagnosed ATTR-CM and accelerate appropriate diagnosis and treatment initiation.
- Lead the planning and launch of novel diagnostics, developing the go-to-market approach and coordinating cross-functional execution to enable scalable identification of patients with suspected ATTR-CM and support progression to diagnosis.
- Provide strategic oversight of priority diagnosis initiatives, including across IDNs, genetic testing companies, etc, ensuring efforts are coordinated, measurable and focused on driving diagnosis at scale.
- Advance data-driven patient identification capabilities, including field and omnichannel triggers designed to identify newly diagnosed and newly suspected patients and enable timely HCP engagement.
- Shape the next generation of diagnosis innovation, evaluating partnerships that combine large-scale patient data, predictive algorithms and integration into clinical workflows to identify patients at risk for ATTR-CM and enable HCP action.
- Connect consumer, IDN, HCP and field diagnosis efforts into an integrated strategy, identifying opportunities to strengthen synergies across channels and improve the patient journey from disease awareness and suspicion through diagnosis and treatment.
Strategy & Business Leadership
- Help lead strategic planning and performance management for the Vyndamax business, including quarterly earnings preparation, Latest Estimates (LEs), performance reporting and senior leadership updates.
- Synthesize market dynamics, business performance and emerging risks and opportunities into clear insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive action.
- Partner across the Rare Cardiac Leadership Team and cross-functional organization to align priorities, execution plans and business messaging around the brand’s growth objectives.
- Support development of key strategic deliverables, including brand goals, operating and tactical plans, ATC reviews and other business-critical leadership communications.
- Serve as Strategic Plan and Operating Plan captain for Vyndamax, leading the cross-functional planning process to translate brand strategy into clear priorities, growth drivers and execution plans, while ensuring alignment across functions and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Rare Disease experience required, Vyndamax Preferred
- US experience required
- 9+ years of experience in industry, Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to quickly grasp and commercialize complex clinical data and the methodology behind its development
- Ability to work with and manage external stakeholders and organizations and societies as part of cross functional PFE team
- Ability to lead and work as part of internal and external Alliances and a large matrixed team
- Demonstrated initiative, strong problem solving, decision making and leadership skills
- Strong strategic skills, with the ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level.
- Strong business acumen & negotiation skills and ability to effectively lead and influence a cross functional/indirect team
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively
- Strong project management skills
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience and strong knowledge of the US healthcare market required
- Demonstrated expertise and success in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans
- Strong analytical skills; detail and action-oriented
- Creative and agile learner
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups
