At Craft Tampa, we're redefining waterfront dining. Our elegant 121-foot European-inspired dining vessel offers guests an elevated brunch and dinner experience while cruising through the heart of downtown Tampa.

Docked adjacent to Sparkman Wharf, Craft features an open-concept kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine served against the backdrop of Tampa's beautiful waterways. As the first dining vessel in the United States with an open kitchen concept, and the only one cooking with gas equipment, Craft delivers an unforgettable culinary experience for both our guests and our crew.

Craft is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender who takes pride in their Craft. If you enjoy creating great cocktails, connecting with guests, and delivering elevated service in a unique environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve Craft cocktails, premium spirits, beer, wine, and other beverages
• Deliver polished, attentive, and personable guest service
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation with every drink
• Make knowledgeable recommendations and enhance the overall dining experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Follow responsible alcohol service and safety standards
• Work closely with the service team to provide seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume environment
• Strong cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge
• Excellent hospitality and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
