General Summary:

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff-level professional to lead strategic initiatives within the Incentives organization. This role combines operational leadership, business transformation, compliance oversight, and cross-functional project management to drive scalable, efficient, and well-controlled incentives processes. The individual will serve as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Pricing, IT, and Operations teams while supporting automation, system modernization, and AI-driven initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ownership of complex Standard and Non-Standard Incentives claims processes.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, portal modernization, AI-based validation, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, perform UAT, and deliver process improvements.
• Strengthen governance, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and operational controls across Incentives processes.
• Lead quarter-end and year-end activities, including claims settlement, accrual reviews, reporting, and risk assessments.
• Develop scalable solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
• Provide thought leadership on process optimization, operational excellence, and future-state process design.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex business issues.
• Support knowledge management, succession planning, and mentoring of team members.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications.

• CA/CWA/CPA
• 8+ years’ experience in Incentives, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a comparable business operations function.
• Strong understanding of incentives programs, claims processing, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Proven track record of driving process automation and business transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
