Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Sophos Endpoint Windows Platform strategy, roadmap, and product execution. This role leads the Windows platform foundation that powers Sophos Endpoint protection, detection, response, management, and go-to-market outcomes at global scale. You will define where the Windows platform needs to go, turn complex operating system and security requirements into clear product priorities, and drive execution across Engineering, Sophos X-Ops, Sophos MDR Ops, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and strategic technology partners.
This person must bring deep Windows operating system knowledge and strong endpoint security judgment. Success requires hands-on understanding of Windows internals, endpoint agent architecture, security controls, deployment models, performance, compatibility, telemetry, and platform change management. The role also requires close partnership with Microsoft on critical roadmap initiatives that affect endpoint security, customer trust, and Sophos market leadership.
