Bij PPG Tiel zoeken we niet zomaar een Production Planner. We zoeken een professional die energie krijgt van het optimaliseren van processen, het oplossen van complexe planningsuitdagingen en het realiseren van continue verbeteringen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.

Als Production Planner sta je midden in de operatie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van productie, supply chain, logistiek en customer service en hebt directe invloed op de prestaties van de fabriek. Daarbij krijg je volop ruimte om verbeterideeën aan te dragen, projecten op te pakken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Production Planner zorg je ervoor dat vraag, capaciteit, voorraden en productie optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. Je analyseert data, signaleert kansen en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie steeds efficiënter werkt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

• Het opstellen en optimaliseren van productieplanningen.
• Het afstemmen van vraag en capaciteit binnen de fabriek.
• Het analyseren van planningsdata en prestaties.
• Het signaleren van knelpunten en het initiëren van verbeteracties.
• Het leiden of ondersteunen van procesverbeteringsprojecten.
• Het samenwerken met productie, logistiek, inkoop en customer service.
• Het verbeteren van werkwijzen, systemen en planningsprocessen.
• Het bijdragen aan een betrouwbare levering richting klanten.

Wat breng je mee?

• HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring in productieplanning, supply chain of logistiek is een pré.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met data.
• Een proactieve instelling en een natuurlijke drive om processen te verbeteren.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel.
• Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
