Project Manager

Forge Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from sales order handoff through project completion.

This role is responsible for coordinating engineering resources, managing project schedules, overseeing technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered according to client requirements, timelines, and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from sales handoff through completion.

• Coordinate engineering resources, project schedules, and team workloads.

• Oversee project execution, installations, subcontractors, and client communications.

• Manage procurement, shipping, project documentation, and billing coordination.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to management.

• Lead project closeout meetings and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial automation or machine vision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

• Experience with ERP systems, automation, robotics, or PLCs is an asset.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Valid Ontario G driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

• Eligibility for authorized U.S. business travel, including B-1 status or equivalent.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.

• Police clearance required upon hire.
