As a Workday - Technical - Senior Associate, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions, focusing on human resources, finance, payroll, and talent management. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will leverage your skills to mentor others, deepen your technical knowledge, and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Managing Workday's suite of cloud-based applications, including HR, finance, and payroll systems
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting to generate insights and recommendations
- Leading efforts in process improvement and optimization within client engagements
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights
- Managing Workday HCM workforce transformation projects
