We are currently seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong passion for aesthetics and achieving natural-looking results.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, with precision and efficiency

• Develop customized treatment plans focused on facial balancing and natural-looking outcomes

• Conduct thorough patient consultations and educate clients on services, products, expectations, and maintenance plans

• Build trust and long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and communication

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all clinical safety protocols

• Collaborate with the team to support clinic growth and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP or PA license

• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience required

• Proficiency with neurotoxins and most areas for dermal filler

• Must be comfortable performing injectable treatments independently, without direct oversight

• Experience with biostimulators is preferred 

• Experience with lasers or energy-based devices is a plus

• Familiarity with weight loss medications (GLP-1) and laser/device-based treatments is strongly preferred

• Excellent consultation and communication skills

• Professional, personable demeanor

• Passion for continued growth within the aesthetics industry

• Must be proficient and comfortable participating in social media content
