Scope
Responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are successfully executed and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
The position requires the management of engineered products, systems, and innovative technology solutions across a variety of industrial applications. Additional responsibilities include Bills of Materials (BOMs), estimating, project management, sales support, documentation, and other activities necessary to create and support the Company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience within a production, manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environment.
- Experience with engineered systems, fabrication, piping systems, and/or the assembly and integration of electrical, instrumentation, automation, or technology-based components is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to support efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management, engineers, drafters, technical staff, contractors, customers, and vendors throughout project execution and completion.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical, shop, and field project issues.
- Perform material takeoffs, estimating, proposal development, and creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs), as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, schedules, deliverables, and project-related concerns.
- Monitor project costs and budgets and identify potential cost or schedule impacts.
- Identify, document, and communicate changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Assembly/Integration, and other departments as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and solutions as project and customer needs evolve.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support company projects.
