Position Overview: As a PI Engineer at Micron, you will play a meaningful role in growing paths and improving baseline processes on-site. You will work collaboratively with our ambitious team to mitigate issues and manage MOL2 inline processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our world-class standards and successfully implement new strategies!
 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and refine process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials.
• Analyze and improve abnormal process conditions.
• Build up the culture of using AI.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Established track record of developing and refining complex procedures.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment and technology.
• Strong analytical skills to determine and resolve process abnormalities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Applying AI into your daily works.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in process management and project modification.
• Familiarity with new equipment/material evaluation and promotion.
• Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and upgrading process capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Familier with and capable to develop AI agents, GenAI tools.
