Role purpose
The Junior AI Product Enablement Analyst follows and executes: the role owns defined tasks and test cycles, tests prompts, skills, workflows and agents using established methods, and identifies issues and escalates them with context. Day to day this means prompt writing to a brief, AI output evaluation against agreed criteria and refinement of prompts and skills under guidance. A dependable team player who asks early and shares what they learn, the Junior Analyst supports defined stakeholder interactions while building hands-on AI craft, with work reviewed by an Analyst or Senior before release.
Why Join Us
· Work hands-on with prompts, skills, workflows and agents across enterprise AI platforms and see how they change day-to-day professional work.
· Build practical AI craft in prompt writing, AI output evaluation, refinement, testing, documentation and responsible use, with structured review and coaching from Analysts and Seniors.
· Learn inside the QI Centre of Excellence alongside colleagues in AI product enablement, transformation and delivery.
Meet the Team
· Reports to: QI Centre of Excellence Manager.
· Work within the QI Centre of Excellence AI Product Enablement team and collaborate with colleagues involved in AI enablement, testing and workflow improvement; your outputs are reviewed by an Analyst or Senior before they reach users.
How this role will contribute to team success
· Own defined tasks and test cycles so the team can evaluate and improve prompts, skills, workflows and agents consistently.
· Identify issues early and escalate them with context so more-experienced colleagues can act on them.
· Be a dependable team player: complete recurring work accurately, ask early, and share what you learn as test records and logged findings.
Your Day-to-Day
· Execute defined test cycles on prompts, skills, workflows, assistants and agents using established methods; evaluate AI outputs against agreed criteria, document results and flag issues that need escalation.
· Write and refine prompts to a brief, applying established prompting standards and recording what improved the output and why.
· Support defined stakeholder interactions: prepare guidance, capture questions and help users apply established AI techniques appropriately.
· Maintain clear test records, evaluation notes and logged findings so the wider team can review and reuse them, and escalate recurring pain points with context.
· Success in this role is measured by test cycles completed on time with zero unlogged defects, and outputs passing review before release.
· First six months: run three test cycles unaided and hand over clean, reusable test records for each.
Skills & What You Bring to the Team
· Typically 0-2 years of experience, with evidence of hands-on use of generative AI tools, prompts, skills or agents and an interest in building deeper AI craft.
· Ability to follow structured testing or evaluation methods and produce accurate, well-documented outputs.
· Clear writing, including the ability to draft a prompt to a brief; asks early, seeks clarification and recognises when an issue should be escalated.
· Ability to organise assigned work, meet agreed deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
What Will Make You Stand Out
· A portfolio of self-directed experiments with generative AI: prompts, skills or agents you built for yourself and can talk through, including what failed.
· Evidence of careful evaluation habits: side-by-side comparison of AI outputs, test logs or documented user guidance.
· Comfort with structured methods from analytics, QA, research or consulting environments.
