The Assembly Supervisor provides operational leadership for Factory Built Substation (FBS) assembly operations, leading Assembly Technicians and supporting execution across all phases of production. This role is responsible for ensuring Assembly operations are performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with established quality standards.

The Assembly Supervisor maintains a strong and visible shop-floor presence, combining hands-on leadership with effective planning, coordination, and problem-solving to drive team performance and production execution. This position plays a key role in aligning people, processes, and daily production priorities to support operational requirements and customer commitments.
