Regional Controller

Links Recruiting is working with a growing organization seeking an experienced Regional Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple business entities and locations.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity involving financial reporting, team management, process improvements and collaboration with operational and corporate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting and GAAP compliance across multiple entities.

• Lead and develop accounting personnel.

• Manage external audits, internal controls and financial reporting documentation.

• Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, reconciliations and related accounting functions.

• Support system improvements, business integrations and process standardization.

• Partner with operational leadership to review financial performance.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years as a Controller.

• 3+ years supervising accounting staff.

• Required experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting.

• Strong GAAP knowledge, including an understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting.

• Public accounting experience highly preferred; otherwise, significant external audit support and accounting documentation experience.

• Experience in construction, services, manufacturing or distribution preferred.

• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• $130K–$150K base salary plus 10% bonus.

• Remote position with very limited travel.
