Be part of something new! SCORE! Arcade is preparing to open a brand-new entertainment space at Little Creek Casino Resort, with an anticipated opening at the end of November 2026. Join our team and help bring this exciting new experience to life by creating a fun, engaging environment for our guests! 


The SCORE! Arcade Lead Playmaker at Little Creek Casino Resort is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the arcade and redemption areas while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and team member development. This position supervises SCORE! Arcade Playmakers, coordinates arcade maintenance and vendor support, manages redemption inventory, and maintains compliance with all company policies and Tribal Gaming Commission regulations.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support SCORE! Playmakers in daily operations and guest interactions.
  • Develop Team member schedules and monitor labor needs to support operational demands.
  • Maintain a fun, clean, safe, and guest-focused arcade environment.
  • Help with redemption inventory, ordering, stocking, and display presentation.
  • Monitor arcade game performance and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor support.
  • Ensure operational readiness and maximum game uptime.
  • Resolve guest concerns and provide prompt guest recovery when necessary.
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and departmental financial controls.
  • Monitor cash handling, redemption transactions, and internal control compliance.
  • Report arcade performance metrics, guest trends, and operational opportunities.
  • Coordinate promotions, tournaments, birthday parties, and special events.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained in guest service standards, safety procedures, and department operations.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, inventory documentation, and incident reports.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests, team members, vendors, and leadership.
  • Promote positive team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing operational duties as assigned.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned to support the success of LCCR.

SUPERVISORY AND LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises SCORE! Playmakers. Responsible for interviewing, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating performance, and recommending disciplinary action in accordance with LCCR policies.

 

S.I.G.E. TRIBAL - STATE COMPACT & ACCOUNTING & INTERNAL CONTROL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for internal control and compact compliance regarding operations and ensure compliance with regulation of the Tribal Gaming Commission.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in hospitality, business, information technology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with guest service operations, inventory management, scheduling, and team supervision required.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in arcade, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or related operations preferred.
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Class III Gaming License issued from Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
