Hourly Rate: $20.00-$30.00 DOE
Schedule: In office 4 days for 20 hours/week

Core Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate the organization’s recruitment and hiring processes to ensure timely and compliant hiring practices.
- Partner with supervisors to facilitate creation of vacancy posting in JazzHR
- Manage all pre-employment onboarding activities.
- Coordinate on-boarding activities.
- Maintain appropriate pre-employment and employment documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
- Updates the employee record in the HRIS
- Administer and support employee benefit programs, retirement plans, and related enrollment processes.
- Supports annual benefits renewal processes.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation administration
HR Policy & Compliance
- Coordinate documentation, reporting, and compliance related to workplace incidents and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in employment law and HR best practices and recommend updates as appropriate.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to human resources matters.
- Support supervisors in addressing employee relations issues and resolving workplace concerns.
Education & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive human resources experience.
- Experience with HRIS, Paylocity preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
