Description
Join our clinician-led team as a confident, growth-minded Occupational Therapist
At The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy, we are the largest PT-owned practice in the state and are recognized by our patients as the 5-Star Standard for Physical Therapy Care.
We offer a starting salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with structured professional development and clinical collaboration within an independently operated practice.
NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance.
