Location/Travel: This is a hybrid, but mainly a travel-based role with daily visits to client sites, primarily across Southern Illinois and Southern Missouri. Regularly onsite visits to our Sparta office can also be expected.

You will identify the correct parts from the product catalog, assess site requirements for estimates, and provide accurate quantities for quotes while escalating complex issues with thorough notes.
We understand that great candidates may not meet every requirement listed. If you meet around 70% of the qualifications and are excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

- Record work performed, ticket updates, and asset information accurately; coordinate with remote teams and escalate complex incidents with clear documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, explain fixes in plain language, and complete field assignments efficiently
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of IT support or field service experience, with Level 2 troubleshooting capabilities beyond basic help desk support
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, door access systems, and cabling installation and termination
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and small network equipment
