4PM-12AM Saturdays- Wednesdays, flexible availability required, weekends required

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
• Process cash-handling transactions
• Hand-brush trucks per driver’s request
• On-site equipment maintenance
• Keep the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
• Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards

Requirements

•  A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate any customer issues.
• Mechanical/maintenance experience a plus
• Must be a self-motivated individual.
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
• Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of work related situations and conditions.
• Frequent walking and standing and lifting
• Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level
• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
