Certified Lead Auditor – Contract

Job Summary

Kiwa PPI is a seeking an experienced Certified Lead Auditor to support a construction-related project in Homer, Pennsylvania. This role will be responsible for conducting and supporting quality audits, evaluating compliance with project requirements, and documenting findings and corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on auditing experience within a construction, industrial, or EPC environment and be comfortable working directly with project and quality teams onsite.

Location: Homer, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Approx. 44 hours per week)

Start Date: November 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document quality audits related to construction activities.

• Evaluate compliance with applicable project procedures, specifications, quality plans, and standards.

• Identify audit findings, observations, and areas requiring corrective action.

• Prepare clear and accurate audit reports and supporting documentation.

• Track corrective actions through resolution and verify effectiveness as required.

• Coordinate with construction, quality, engineering, and project personnel during audit activities.

• Review quality documentation and records for completeness and compliance.

• Support continuous improvement and overall project quality program effectiveness.

• Perform additional quality and auditing responsibilities as required by the project.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications

• Current Lead Auditor certification.

• Minimum 2+ years of construction-related auditing experience.

• Experience performing audits within construction, industrial, EPC, manufacturing, or similar project environments.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audit practices, and corrective action processes.

• Ability to interpret project procedures, specifications, and quality documentation.

• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and professionally with project stakeholders.
