About This Role: As an Associate Sourcing Manager, you will become a vital member of our Strategic Sourcing team, specializing in the Meetings & Events Category. In this role, you will deliver end-to-end operational sourcing and contracting execution, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and category guidance. You will own standard sourcing events, RFx execution, and supplier interactions, acting as an operational partner to stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining quality, timeliness, and consistency in sourcing and contracting processes. This position contributes significantly to our business by optimizing sourcing strategies, supporting supplier management, and driving process improvements. Your efforts will ensure that our meetings and events are managed efficiently and align with our organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver end-to-end operational sourcing and contracting execution for defined categories or request types.
- Own standard sourcing events, including RFx execution and contract completion.
- Act as an operational partner to stakeholders, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Process standard category requests end-to-end, reviewing specifications and ensuring compliance.
- Execute sourcing for low-to-medium complexity events, including RFx execution and award.
- Design and execute RFx events, ensuring correct structures and evaluation criteria.
- Manage contracts end-to-end, ensuring execution accuracy and audit readiness.
- Ensure completeness and quality of contract documentation and data.
- Manage operational supplier performance activities for assigned suppliers.
- Own stakeholder engagement for operational sourcing and contracting activities.
- Implement process improvements within the operational scope.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles with responsibility for end-to-end sourcing execution, RFx events, and contract management, or equivalent experience within the Meetings & Events industry, hospitality, event operations, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Meetings & Events industry is highly valued.
- Experience with contract review or negotiation (academic or internship projects).
- Familiarity with Meeting & Events services sourcing.
- Process improvement mindset.
