As a Senior Finance Project/Program Manager at Micron, you will have the outstanding opportunity to lead groundbreaking initiatives that support our strategic goals and programs. We are looking for someone with a strong business perspective for transformation and a proven ability to deliver flawless business outcomes through innovative agentic AI solutions. Your expertise in project management methods will be critical in accurately tracking activities, predicting results, and achieving outcomes essential for our success.
In this ambitious and highly collaborative role, you will collaborate with multiple business teams company-wide to foster AI solutions, optimize processes, ensure projects finish on time, and guide significant business decisions. You will lead efforts for continuous improvement and operational readiness through communications, training, user acceptance testing, and executive updates.
## Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage and support strategic, transformation, and AI programs/projects impacting Finance
- Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and workstream leads to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
- Demonstrate high-level management and leadership skills
- Define project scope and objectives collaboratively with relevant collaborators and drive alignment in program deliverables/timeline
- Complete programs with cross-functional groups ensuring timelines are strictly met
- Resolve conflicts and solve problems to deliver world-class results within set timeframes
- Identify issues and risks proactively that may impact the timely delivery of tasks and deliverables
- Provide recommendations to address issues, risks, and other challenges
- Communicate regularly with finance leadership on project status, advancing key decisions/support as needed
- Engage in resource planning and change management proactively
- Arrange user acceptance testing and training sessions as necessary
- Promote continual learning and drive a continuous process improvement approach
## Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
- 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience
- Proven experience in Program/Project Management
- Skilled in Agentic AI solutions
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects effectively and drive successful outcomes
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Strong business and financial competence
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work alongside business partners and impact important decisions
- Proactive with strong personal initiative and urgency to get results
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; high-tech industry preferred
- Experience implementing large organizational changes using change management methods and tools
- Experience with process excellence, process redesign, and initiatives
- Proficiency in project software, including SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (desired)
- Certification in Change Management is an advantage
- Having Six Sigma Certification is an advantage

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$107,000.00 - $241,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
