Purpose of the Position:
To lead and grow the overall Service business by driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. The role is responsible for managing service operations, teams, and resources while ensuring high-quality technical support and compliance with KSB standards. The position will also focus on developing new service opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall Service operations, including repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning and field services.
Develop and execute the Service business strategy in line with KSB’s overall business objectives.
Drive service sales, revenue, profitability and order intake, including spare parts and service contracts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, responsiveness and service quality.
Manage service teams, workshops, field resources and third-party service partners.
Ensure compliance with KSB technical standards, HSE requirements and quality procedures.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and other functions for effective customer support.
Monitor key KPIs including sales/order intake, margins, turnaround time, productivity, customer complaints and service quality.
Develop team capabilities through technical training, coaching and succession planning.
Identify opportunities for installed-base development, modernization, upgrades and long-term service agreements.
Experience & Skill Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university; Master’s/MBA would be an advantage.
* 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in pumps, rotating equipment, industrial services or a related engineering industry.
* Significant experience in service operations, after-sales business and customer management, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
* Strong commercial understanding with the ability to combine technical expertise with business development and P&L focus.
